Returns & Exchanges

At the CD PROJEKT RED Gear Store, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your loot. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
